Lisa is our Personal Development Coach. She is a wife, mother, student, author, and birthmother. Her personal life experiences with unplanned pregnancy, adoption, pediatric cancer, divorce, and more have fueled her desire to help others navigate life's unexpected moments.

     In 2016, Lisa earned a Master of Arts degree in Human Services Counseling: Marriage & Family from Liberty University. She is currently studying for a Doctor of Education degree in Community Care & Counseling: Traumatology. She has also completed certifications from the American Association of Christian Counselors' Light University in Parent Coaching, Grief Coaching, Life Coaching, & Mental Health Coaching.    

Lisa has professional experience as a Birthmother Caseworker and has helped women make voluntary adoption plans for their children. She has worked closely with hospitals, doctors, & pregnancy care centers to help in their missions of educating the public about adoption and provide support to their clients, as needed. She is the author of Is Adoption for Me?, a workbook for women considering adoption, and Kaleidoscope, a workbook for birthmothers post-placement, coming out soon. 

Through her work and life experiences, Lisa has developed a passion for helping others find success in life.  Lisa is the creator of Pathways: A Crisis Intervention Program that identifies five life domains people often name as reasons for being in crisis. Coaching provides the opportunity to connect people to helpful community resources, set and achieve goals, and make positive life changes.
