Counselors and therapists diagnose and treat mental illness and mental health disorders. They can bill insurance.
As your coach, we help you focus on the present and the goals you wish to achieve. Together, we clarify your goals and create a path forward together. We provide mentorship, accountability, and can link you with helpful community resources. We do not diagnose or treat mental health disorders, provide treatment, or bill insurance.
